(Making 3 separate bedrooms), two toilets, one complete with shower, 240v electricity,rnWell equipped kitchen, central heating, television, video, radio/CD player wired throughout boat...rnIdeal location for exploring.rnIdeal family holiday offering both comfort and adventure with the hospitality of many quaint waterside Pubs and restaurants to take advantage of when required.rnThis is a very unique holiday offering stunning views of the English countryside and an opportunity to appreciate the achievements and history behind the locks, tunnels and aqueducts of the waterways with glimpses of lifestyles now gone.rnFew better ways to unwind from a hectic lifestyle, which is reduced to the pace of a meandering river and the company of waterfowl.rnrn Typical rental value would be about £1250 or more for this peak week! Search on the internet for your self and see.rnBasic tuition, life jackets etc provided by friendly and helpful marina staff.rnThis is our timeshare week that we are unable to use this year as we shall be out of the country. One of the most relaxing holidays you can ever have is to cruise gently through the countryside pulling up at pubs and restaurants alongside the canal. Fabulous!rn rn rnAdditional costs: Utility fee (currently £109) to cover Marina fees and fuel - this includes car parking for the weekrnPets are allowed subject to an additional fee of about £40. (I can check the exact amount if you need to know)rnA returnable £500 deposit is required in case of damage to boat. This you can just do by giving credit card details, you don't actually have to have £500 cash.rnThe boat is powered by very low maintenance modern diesel engine, which also provides electricity and hot waterrnThere is a minimum requirement for crew of 3 able bodied people.rnA 50% deposit is required initially , final payment 6 weeks before the holiday starts.
